YOU CAN BUY A HOUSE with NO MONEY DOWN:
Here is how that works:
We all know about the guys on TV who like to preach about this subject. But when they show you all of those beautiful houses, they forget to tell you that they really bought them with the money they made from selling their CD’s DVD's, Tapes, books etc. Well I used a VA loan to buy my first house and it was with 100 % financing. But even with that, I still had to put some money down. That is what they call the closing costs.
But I hear that there are some ways to skip that too. And It all has to do with your Credit scores. The government has many program that let you buy a house with either 3 % or sometimes even 0 % down payment. It all depends on the Appraisal of the House you are buying.
If you find a house that is worth 200,000 and the appraisal says 200,000. If you make an offer for $180,000 and the seller accepts it. Well then you will get the loan and you can even have the seller pay 5 % towards closing costs. You see the Bank uses a FHA or VA loan and they may still let you buy the home with 95 % financing. But since the house already had a $20,000 gain. The Lender feels secure enough to let you buy it for no money down. The trick here is you have to have enough income to afford the loan payments and you must have a decent credit score. Now even if you do not have a good enough credit score, you still have another option. Eventually I will add more info to cover this topic,
